Tim Brown from Superior Seals joins the Julia's House HIIT Squad, who are aiming to raise £60,000 when they push their bodies to the extreme with a 2 hour HIIT workout at AFC Bournemouth on 18th March. The '2 hours for 2 nurses' workout will enable Julia's House to fund two vital nurse positions for a year to make a life-changing difference to the local families they support.
