Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I first heard of the Prince's Trust and Palace to Palace a few years ago, and have wanted to participate ever since. This year, I have my chance. I'll be riding the longer course (144km/90miles) from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Palace.

Not all of us have had the same opportunities growing up, we all come from different backgrounds. According to Statista, 6% of our global workforce will be looking retire in the next 10 years. Already there is a clear shortage of young talent filling new and existing roles in workplaces globally. We need to look at alternatives in order to fill this need as well as diversifying our talent pools. This is why I choose to support The Prince's Trust.

How The Prince's Trust was started

"It all began in 1976, when HRH The Prince of Wales had a bold idea. Having completed his duty in the Royal Navy, His Royal Highness became dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged young people in the UK. He founded His Trust to deliver on that commitment."

Success stories

"Every day, our inspirational young people take the opportunity to change their lives for the better. We’re proud of the 870,000 young people whose lives we’ve touched over the past four decades."
