The TECHY bit:
The Mountain of Hell is a 25km mountain bike race over glaciers, rock, snow, ice, single track and other bike & bone breaking terrain. There are qualifying races over 3 days, with the final race on Sunday 20th July 2008. The 2008 event will see over 400 entrants, a mixture of professional & amateur riders from all over the world, start on Les Deux Alpes glacier, altitude 3400m, kitted out in full body armour & helmets (compulsory) as riders risk falls & crashes throughout the 25km race.

We completed the ride and the answer to the sweep stake is 351.5 The nearest to the sweepstake is Kate Crawford with 350. We are still collecting for Parkinsos and have a Casino Night coming up soon at High Adventure Outdoor Education Centre, we also have several promises for outstanding monies which wehn addded up including our intended casino night shoul tip us over the £3400 mark.
