Story
Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation's research and I'd be so grateful for your support.
Nearly 11 years ago my dad sadly passed away after a battle with heart disease. I miss him loads but recently he has been inspiring me: inspiring me to be a good dad, inspiring me to be a good partner, son, brother, friend, inspiring me when times are hard, inspiring me to run fast, inspiring me to do things for other people less fortunate than me/us.
On Sunday 28th April at 10am I will be starting my 5th Marathon. I would be extremely grateful for any contributions to my fundraising total.
Equally important is reaching out to those who may be having a tough time. Pick up the phone, write a letter, send an email, knock on their door. Do anything to make them feel a bit closer.
Thanks for taking the time to read this and do something to inspire others.
All the best,
Tim

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target. Thanks!
