To the left is the size i used to be...........now nearly 6 stone lighter.....

On the 5th October I will be running the Great North Run in aid of the 'The Gentlemens Night Out' Charitable Trust which raises hundreds of thousands of pounds every year for many different charities (www.thegentlemensnightout.co.uk). Not one penny is taken in administration fees and thousands of people in many different ways have been helped over the years.

I am very lucky to have secured £6,500 of corporate sponsorship but now I desperately need to try and raise the same from my friends. Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure.
