A group of 24 Timperley Players, have decided that between them they are going to run a marathon a day everyday in May. 

We are hoping to raise as much money as we can, to help NHS Charities Together during the Covid-19 pandemic. To show thanks and celebrate the AMAZING NHS staff, that are on the frontline risking their lives to help others.

We have set ourselves a starting target of £1000. Anything that you can donate, no matter how small will be hugely appreciated. 

The 24 players will be split into 4 groups of 6 runners, with each runner completing 7.1Km. With each player covering 7.1Km it will equate to 42.6Km just over the distance of a marathon. 

The runners have been split into groups to ensure that each runners distance can be covered, whilst adhering to the governments one hour daily activity allowance. 

In addition if you want to join in and run with the players do not hesitate to tag our social media in your runs.
