We are taking on 2 extremely difficult challenges in Europe and the US.Starting on 10th September (World Suicide Prevention Day) in Northern Spain and cycling through France and Germany for 10 days, we then move on to Newark in the US starting on 24th September and finishing on the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco on 10th October (World Mental Health Day)

Having experienced the rollercoaster of emotions and camaraderie of the John O'Groats to Lands End challenge as a cyclist; I was able to experience a once in a lifetime opportunity while raising awareness and essential funds to support this worthwhile charity. I couldn’t resist getting back in the saddle for this year's even more demanding
ride to continue my support for all of the We Mind and Kelly Matters family.

I will also be riding in memory of a young man that lost his struggle against mental health only a few months ago. A close friend to a member of my extended family, Thomas Acford aged 24, will be motivation enough for me to press on and to ensure we get our message across.
