Graham only came under the care of the Cardiology Service at the Countess of Chester Hospital about 5 weeks before he died. The care he received as both an out-patient and once admitted to hospital was phenomenal - highly skilled with care, compassion and honesty.

Any money donated is to go to the Coronary Care Unit, where Graham was a patient. All the staff there are exceptionally dedicated to their patients and work.
