We fund research and provide support to anyone affected by breast cancer.

Story

In April 2022 I was unfortunately diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer. (TNBC).

TNBC is known to be very aggressive, the least common form of breast cancer and the hardest to treat.

Being told I had TNBC was such a shock to myself, Martin and family but luckily my treatment pretty much started straight away.

Since having scans, mammograms etc the chemotherapy seems to be working very well, although I still have a long way to go (operation, radiotherapy and possibly more chemotherapy)

From speaking to other people who have had breast cancer in the past the treatment has progressed so much for which I am truly grateful.

The NHS team are simply amazing and go above and beyond in everything they do.

1st to 31st October 2022 is Breast Cancer Awareness month so my sister, Nikki Vince suggested with her help my son Mitchell, nearly 4 years old who loves running around 24/7 could run/walk a mile a day to cover the distance of a marathon, 26.2 miles (or more) throughout October to raise funds for Breast Cancer.
