Story
I'm doing a 5k obstacle run!!!!
Taking place in Ripon, I will be battling 10 gigantic inflatables. This is my first time doing a run...nevermind an inflatable one! And I'm hoping to raise some money for Microtia UK.
Target = £100
As most of you know, my 6 year old son Charlie was born with microtia of the left ear. When he was born it was a complete shock to see my perfect little newborn with a small ear and large skin tag on his face. We had no idea what to expect next!
One day I stumbled across the Microtia Mingle UK facebook page. Their services provided me with so much helpful information and a booklet that was full of answers to many questions Ashley and I both had.
The charity itself is amazing. They arrange events and mingles where people just like Charlie can meet up & they do so much more! Last year, because of one of their events, Charlie was able to try a BAHA for the first time! He told me he could hear me in both his ears ❤ his face was amazed, shocked and excited. Since that day we fought for Charlie to get his own BAHA and succeeded. He now awaits an operation this November to have the magnetic option of fitting it to his skull instead of wearing it on a band.

Please sponsor as much or as little as you can to support me & to help people like Charlie & the charity itself ❤
