The Golden Lion Children's Trust was formed in 1973 to bring some hope help and happiness into the lives of underprivileged children and children with special needs.

Story

The Titan Management team (Jackie Willis, Dan Whitehouse, Vicki Harper, Andy Squirrell, Matt Gauntlett, Richard Tarrant and Elaine Farley) and some brave staff members (including Sam Kilminster, Joe Abbott, Sarah Nash, Jo Morfield, Saskia Bourgeois, Rob Stapley and Mel Hunter) have set ourselves the ridiculous challenge (considering our almost non existent fitness levels) of walking from the Titan head office in Redhill to Brighton in under 24 hours in aid of the Golden Lions Children Trust

Why are we doing it? Golden's Lion Children Trust is a small, local charity who provide hope, help and happiness to disadvantaged young people and children in the Surrey/Sussex area.

Last Christmas we worked alongside the charity to create life long memories for some of the children by hosting a Christmas day trip to the Bluebell Railway, we also raised enough funds in order to buy and deliver sack fulls of Christmas presents to local family's in crisis. Below is just one of example of why this charity need our support.

On a drop to a block of flats a young boy less than 5 years sat alone on a pile of rubbish at the bottom of the stairwell. He was dressed in a filthy Superman costume with no adult around. When we eventually found Mum she was high on drugs. However finally we did manage to leave the presents for the little one.

We'd love to be able to help more children this year so any support you can show goes a long way in helping these less fortunate local children.
