Fundraising for Care of Police Survivors
Story
We will be joining colleagues, families and friends from across the UK to Light the Lakes in June 2021. Most of the 214 Wainright Peaks are booked this year, so lighting the flares from each of the peaks should be an incredible sight!
We will climb our peak on the evening of 18th June 2021, ready to light the flares at 3am on 19th June and light up the fells.
Care of Police Survivors (COPS) is a UK registered charity dedicated to helping the families of Police Officers who have lost their lives whilst on duty. We aim to ensure that survivors have all the help they need to cope with such a tragedy, and that they remain part of the Police Family as they rebuild their lives.
