It's true that you can not choose your family but you can choose your friends! 
If your lucky enough, the friends you choose become family! This is the case with my beautiful friend Beth, we first met working together and have never had a cross word!

Beth is like a sister to me and is also god mother to my son! 

I had the pleasure of meeting Beth's dad on a few occasions and he was an incredibly warm man who clearly loved his family! 

He was taken from his family and friends after being diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease! 

I will be starting my trek on 26th March 2016, which would be John's birthday!

Please help me to raise funds for the MNDA to help find treatments, support and hopefully one day a cute for this horrible disease!
