Story

Well I have finally done the jump!!! Only now I truly know what my terrified face looks like. It was a good day out so thank you to everyone that came to watch but more importantly thank you to everyone that has donated. I will add some photos on to the site later today!!!

Well its been a while since I was even thinking about updating this but after a long delay the new jump date has been set for the 9th of April (third time lucky).

Unfortunately due to the great British weather my jump was postponed today and has been rescheduled for 16/10/2010 but on a positive I have recruited two more people to do the jump with me :-) both my brother and Heather are going to do the jump on the 16/10/2010 (unless the weather gets involved again) Again thank you all for your support and sponsorship

I just wanted to say I only put this page up a few days ago and I have had a massive response so thank you to everyone that has donated, and there is still plenty of time if you have not donated already :-) I have added a few more photos of when I was in Iraq for you all to have a look at.  Thank you again, your donations will make a massive difference to real heroes lives.

Well as most of you know I spent just under 5 years in the army, serving for the majority of my time with 11 EOD regiment.  Since I left the army almost 2 years ago I have unfortunately lost some very close friends.  I was given the opportunity to do a 15,000 foot skydive which includes a 10,000 free fall. I decided this was the perfect chance to try and raise some money for one of the best charities in this country Help For Heroes.  For those of you that don’t know me that well I am ridiculously scared of heights so this is not the easiest thing for me to do. That said this is a walk in the park in comparison to what the brave soldiers come back to face, you don’t need me to go into detail I am sure but please think hard about what these brave people have given up and dig deep and give generously.  Thank you in advance
