Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Saturday Oct 14th I will wade into the Pacific Ocean and take on the worlds most difficult Ironman, the Ironman World Championships in Kona Hawaii. Last year this effort resulted in $5500 for charity. Please help me exceed this total.

I do not like to publicize all of goals, but last year I was 33rd in my age group of over 450 other gents. I ran the 115th fastest run of the day with a 3:21:07. I hope on Saturday that this years training and focus will result in a faster time.

Your funds motivate me as to do my best. Donate now and look to my results. The Ironman run is 26.2 miles. It takes a lot of training, a well paced swim and ride plus a great nutrition plan to run well. I ask you to double your donations if I run under 3:15. I am stretching my goal from last year.
