TOGETHER 21 is family-centred project that provides fun-packed weekly sessions to support children and young people with Down syndrome 0 to 18 yrs, supporting both child & family acquire essential skills to equip them to meet the future with confidence. This unique project provides a safe space for children and families to build friendships within peer groups, develop practical /social skills, boost confidence and celebrate successes whilst encouraging every child to realise their individual potential.Sessions focus on; Speech/Language/Communication (including Makaton)Literacy/NumeracySensory PlayFine/Gross Motor-SkillsSocial Skills/Emotional WellbeingSchool PreparationAll monies go to ensuring this service can continue to support families both now and in the future.
