Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-shortening genetic condition that slowly destroys the lungs and digestive system. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK-wide charity fighting for a life unlimited, when everyone living with CF can look forward to a long, healthy life. www.cysticfibrosis.org.uk

Story

Six mums from across the UK have joined forces to raise funds for The Cystic Fibrosis Trust. We all have young children with this condition and work desperately hard to raise as much money as possible to work towards better treatments and one day hopefully a cure for CF.
Cystic Fibrosis is a rare, genetic condition that affects the lungs and other organs in the body. Our children all look so well on the outside but a lot of hard work, time and effort goes on behind the scenes to keep our little ones well. On a daily basis we will complete several physiotherapy sessions, administer medicines, pills and nebulisers as well as providing a high fat/high calorie diet.
As a group we will walk forty miles in one day, taking part in Great Strides 2017. No mean feat if you pardon the pun! Please support us on our journey and help us achieve our dreams of a life unlimited by cystic fibrosis for our beautiful children.
