Many of you may know that last year I completed the aptly named 'Grim Duathlon' in aid of St Raphael's Hospice in North Cheam. This year, I'll be lending my support to the Royal British Legion and tackling the gruelling 30km mud-filled course again!

Our troops abroad and at home to wonderful work in difficult circumstance - we owe them a great debt and that's why I've campaigned for better equipment and supplies for them, as well as better housing and care in theri retirement.
