Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This ride is a celebration of cycling in Jersey in memory of my grandfather Richard. He was a champion cyclist back in the 1930's and following the outbreak of war signed up to serve his county.

Thankfully after his time in France and Egypt he was able to return to Jersey and raise a family, three boys, David, Trevor and Stephen Bull.

As this would have been his 100th year, I wanted to remember him and his achievement by celebrating what he (and I) enjoy, cycling.

We have selected Holidays for Heroes Jersey as a charity to support in this ride to remember his service and the service of others, who give us the freedom we enjoy today, and to allow our current day heroes the opportunity to enjoy Jersey.
