As some of you are aware one of my childhood friends (Joe) died this year of Leukaemia, and therefore as a way of remembering him I've foolishly decided to take on the New Forest Triathlon (as a sports fanatic I feel that Joe would've approved, but found the idea of me doing it humorous).

I've been told this is one of the hardest in the UK because of all the hills but also one of the prettiest, so when I'm suffering all the way around the course it'd be great to think of all the money I'm raising for Charity to keep me going, so please be generous for a good cause.
