Along with a clutch of RAF Officers I am undertaking the Newcastle to London bike ride in 24 hours. That's 310 miles on the old bone shaker - not bad for a fat lad. To compliment the pain in all of this I am also entered for the Ride Londn 100 (100 miles) in late July as well as a collection of other cycling events.

All of us in the group have been affected by cancer n ur own way and this is our chance to help those organisations who help to fight the curse of cancer. Please give generously folks
