This charity is very close to my heart - as many of you know my wife, Emma, works for The Kingsley Organisation and is based at their head office at The Kingsley Centre in North Hampshire.

The Kingsley Centre is a unique place where real inclusion and personal learning sit alongside one another. Focusing on personal development for disabled people through the Chainraction service, Kingsley Centre has also developed services for the local area through the establishment of a community centre, village shop and Post Office.

Most importantly all of their services have grown out of the ideas and needs of disabled people that they work with and who access these services

Having worked as a volunteer I have experienced first hand the hard work, patience and dedication that all the staff put into the service and the reward this brings to each and every participant. It's those smiles that'll help me through the cramp and keep me going all the way to the finish line!
