Swim Tayka is a great charity which both teaches vulnerable children how to swim, potentially saving lives and works to protect clean waterways through education. In august I will be swimming from Henly to Marlow (13km) along the Thames to raise money for this great cause 

Prior to decemeber I had never swam more than 1km so training has been a long road! I thought id put myself through it and (hopefully) raise some money for charity - so please consider donating!
