This weekend I'm taking part in the Duchenne Dash - Duchenne UK's fundraising event challenges cyclists to ride 300KM from London to Paris in 24 hours.

I’m very fortunate to know Luke and his amazing family who are battling Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy so I’m very proud to support this Charity. 

Duchenne UK funds vital research and accelerates the development of treatments for Duchenne muscular dystrophy. These treatments can make a huge difference to Luke and the lives of thousands of other children.
