On October 27th I will be taking part in the Bupa Great South Run in memory of my step-sister Laura who was taken from us earlier this year at the young age of 26. Salisbury Hospice cared for her in the best possible way that we could have wished for. This cause has always been close to my heart having also cared for my grandfather and family friends in the past. Please give generously as Salisbury Hospice is a great cause that cared for some very special people in my life and were a great support to my family during difficult times. 

As many of you know I am not a runner... nor am I an athlete of any sorts but after what Laur went through it is the least I could do. The run is 10 Miles... Yes... TEN MILES!!! 

I have no doubt that as I struggle and sweat my way around Portsmouth Laur will be willing me on, even if she does think I'm mad.
