Story

Cancer Research is a fitting charity for me to raise funds towards.

I aim to raise funds in memory of:

My Grandpa Walter Colquhoun who passed away of bowel cancer in his eighties, who I and many others have fond memories of.

My Granny, Catherine Colquhoun who passed away of breast cancer. Sadly I never met her, though from what I've heard she was an amazing woman.

My Uncle Douglas Campbel, who passed away far too young of an adenocarcinoma. Though he died when I was young, I have fond memories of him, especially playing the guitar.

Amongst the close family I have lost through cancer, there are many other family members and friends who have also been affected. With cancer being such a widespread disease, I feel many people can relate to this cause.

Research going into the disease is evidently effective, as progress is constantly made to prolong and save more lives. Knowing that any donations I receive only adds to this progress is my inspiration for the challenge.

Every little helps!
