As some of you may know, my girlfriend, Poppy, recently started her job as a community fundraiser for Headway Essex. As a result, over the last few months I've had the opportunity to see the incredible work Poppy and the rest of her team do in support of their local community by helping those who have sustained a brain injury and need a helping hand  readjusting to life with their injuries. 

You may not know that every 58 minutes, somebody in Essex is admitted to hospital with an acquired brain injury. Headway Essex's mission is to make sure that everyone living with the effects of acquired brain injury has the opportunity to lead a fulfilling life. 

I know most of my friends & family probably don't have much of a connection to Essex but please help Poppy & I make a difference by donating anything you can!
