Helen was born on 19th November 1992 with Cerebral Palsy. Though she was unable to move independently, she had a fantastic personality and could always make her presence felt with her shouts and smiles. 

She loved to cycle on specially adapted bicycles that can take a wheelchair. 

Sadly, we lost Helen on 16th March 2015 and wish to raise funds to allow others to enjoy the experiences Helen had with Simply Cycling. To raise these funds, myself, Amy, Rachel, Rachel and Steve will be running the Rock n Roll Liverpool Half Marathon.
