The help and support Headway has given my Dad and family since his accident 6 years ago has been fantastic.

I am running the Chicago Marathon on Oct 13th. This will be my fourth Marathon and another great opportunity to raise money for a superb charity.

I am running with some good friends from Britannia Movers International, and we are all going for PB's!

The training is tough but going well, and burgers and beer have now been taken off the menu!! :(

I am looking forward to the challenge and any donations to Headway will be greatly appreciated.
