Miles for MS (June 2026)– My Story
In November 2025, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS). It’s something that changed my life overnight, bringing uncertainty, questions, and challenges I never expected to face.
In the weeks and months since, I’ve experienced first-hand how important the work of the MS Trust truly is. From providing reliable information to offering support at the moments you need it most, their work makes a real difference to people navigating life with MS.
That’s why I’m taking on Miles for MS this June, a personalised distance challenge to raise money and awareness. My goal is to complete 75km over the course of a month.
This isn’t just about hitting a number. Some days will be harder than others, but that’s exactly why this matters. MS is unpredictable, and every kilometre I cover represents both a personal challenge and a commitment to supporting others facing the same reality.
I’m raising funds to help the MS Trust continue their vital work, ensuring that more people like me have access to trusted information, specialist support, and hope for the future.
If you’re able to support, donate, or even just share this page, it would mean a lot. Every contribution helps make a difference.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
