Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

Hi guys,

I'm Tom, I'm raising money for ParkinsonsUK in honour of my Nana by walking 600 miles of the Welsh coastline from Swansea to Llandudno with my cockapoo, Tegwen.

ParkinsonsUK is a fantastic charity that helps combat this neurodegenerative disease by funding essential research, as well as providing information and support to sufferers and their families.

I have hiked all around the world on my travels and having grown up in Wales, I am used to the outdoors and the wet weather. Tegwen is now 2 years old and although born in London she’s Welsh at heart. Her name meaning ‘cute’ and ‘blessed’ depicts exactly who she is!

Feel free to follow us on our travels at www.tomandtegwen.com or on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/tomandtegwen

Have a great day,

Tom and Tegwen x
