Doing this very enjoyable charity bike ride as I want to give something back to an excellent organisation. They have helped friends through their bereavement, and they are also directly involved in research into sudden infant death. Apparently 4 babies in the UK die from SIDS each week. How awful not to know the reasons why. So please support this charity's excellent work.
