I’m challenging myself with a Hero Workout: Chad. I will do it every day for 5 consecutive days (Feb 7th – Feb 11th). The workout is:

This Hero Wod is dedicated to honour the life and legacy of a Navy SEAL, Chad Wilkinson, who suffered from multiple injuries (including several TBIs) and PTSD, and finally took his life on October 29, 2018.

The goal of this fundraiser with CancerCare is to raise awareness about mental struggles that people with cancer and their families/friends go through on a daily basis.

About the charity

CancerCare supports people affected by cancer or bereavement in north Lancashire & south Cumbria, with the professional help, emotional support and collective strength to face whatever's next. 90% of CancerCare's work is funded by people like you who donate, fundraise or give a gift in their Will.
