Walking up Snowdon · 26 March 2021

Young Epilepsy is dedicated to standing up for children and young people with epilepsy. We’re here for them. But we need your support because epilepsy is limiting the chances of thousands of children today and may continue to do so for the rest of their lives. Together we create possible.

Story

Tomi was diagnosed with focal epilepsy in 2019 when he was 5 years old. Initially his epilepsy was controlled through medication. Since October 2020 he has been having regular breakthrough seizures. As a family we benefit from the advice we get from charities like ‘young epilepsy’. They provide help and support for young people dealing with epilepsy on a daily basis. They also provide resources for schools sharing valuable information on basic epilepsy first aid. Walking up Snowdon will be a massive challenge for Tomi. We aim to walk to the summit before he turns 8 on July 22nd 2021. Please support him by giving a small donation to this worthwhile charity.
