I'm taking part in the RAFA Escape and Evade challenge on the 7th to 9th July to raise money to help them carry out the valuable work they do supporting RAF veterans and their families.

Their volunteers provide much needed support and assistance, but they need our help.

The challenge event I'm taking part in is is a two-day experience designed to challenge the boundaries of strength, courage and sense of humour. 

Based on the same RAF survival and adventure training that Royal Air Force recruits go through, I've been told that it will test the mettle of the most intrepid explorer.

I am trying to raise at least £650 by taking part in this arduous challenge. Although I expect to have lots of fun doing it too.

Please help me to help the RAFA.
