As many of you will know, I was diagnosed with incurable prostate cancer at the end of 2024.

1 in 8 men will be affected by this disease and those odds reduce to 1 in 4 if you have a close relative with it.

To that end I will be putting on my walking boots, joining the kilted masses (and a few Jailer Tour colleagues) and setting off from St Andrews to Dundee for a 20 mile trek to help raise funds for Prostate Cancer UK in August of this year.
