In 4 weeks I am doing a 100km fundraising walk for School Ground Sounds, a charity I’ve become really involved with over the past few years.

SGS is an incredible, growing London based charity that uses music to empower young people who are facing disadvantage.  Music is a very powerful tool to unlock potential, build confidence and life skills.  The tragic deaths this weekend underline how important it is to give opportunities to young people in our city.
