Spinal Cord Injuries Australia (SCIA) is a for purpose organisation working for people with spinal cord injury (SCI) and other neurological conditions. Our purpose is to create a world where people with spinal and neurological conditions and their loved ones thrive.

Story

On the 5th of July I'll be taking part in the first ever relay swim from the UK to Belgium, a distance of 92km's to raise money to find a cure for spinal cord injuries. The water will be between 10-12 degrees, a lot of it will be in the dead of night whilst battling the wild swells of the North sea. The whole thing is expected to take about 50 hours. I have friends with spinal cord injuries and the money raised will go into a groundbreaking trial that will hopefully lead to a cure for everyone affected by a spinal cord injury. Thanks so much in advance for your support and love.
