As many of you will know, for the last few months I have been training to run the Berlin Marathon on 26 September. In doing so, I am hoping to raise money for SNAP Cymru.

SNAP Cymru is a charity which provides support and advice to the parents and carers of children with special educational needs or a disability, or who are subject to other barriers such as exclusion, disaffection, poverty and deprivation.  

I would be extremely grateful for any contribution you are able to make, not only to help fund the good work that SNAP does, but also to give me an incentive to drag myself over the finishing line!
