Every day in Africa men, women and children travel thousands of miles to escape war, poverty and oppression. They leave their homes and everything they know, in search of the opportunities they need to create a better life for themselves and their families. I am taking part in this challenge to ensure that these brave and ambitious people are provided with the life-changing opportunities they need to begin rebuilding their lives. Right now, in the midst of the global pandemic, the support provided by Opportunity International UK is more vital than ever. My target of £300 would enable 10 refugees and their families to begin rebuilding their lives.
