Hello!

Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. In a nutshell- I am planning to walk 100KM (non-stop) on the weekend of 16th/17th May 2020. The trek will start at 7am in Parkstone, Poole harbour and will (hopefully) finish the following day in Bridport. Sounds easy typing it out now but I'm sure a 3:30am after walking circa. 80KM i'll be having second thoughts.

AND that's where YOU come into it. I am aiming to raise £500 for MIND- the mental health charity. This is the chosen charity for Horton & Storey for 2020. 

I have two reasons for undertaking the challenge. Firstly, the personal challenge will cap off the 'fitness bug' I seem to have developed over the past six months so the 100KM seems like a great physical and mental challenge for me. Secondly, I believe we still are not as open as we should be surrounding mental health issues within society. MIND do amazing work and help to support individuals and families who are struggling. Everyone will have been affected directly or indirectly by mental health issues- I ask you to dig deep and support me on this challenge.
