The Tom Clarke Foundation has been set up for the public benefit and relief of those who are suffering or who have suffered with Cancer, Crohn’s & Colitis and who may require Hospice care who reside permanently or temporarily in the United Kingdom. “We would like to try and raise as much money as possible supporting the types of charities that Tom was keen to support. Hopefully with the continued breakthroughs in medical science there may be another “Tom” in the future that will receive a better prognosis. Please consider supporting The Tom Clarke Foundation”. Scott & Gill Clarke

Story

Last year, my KPMG colleagues and I took on the challenge of climbing Snowdon in memory of our friend, Tom Clarke, to raise funds for the Christie hospital. We raised £7,485 which went towards a study on Oesophago-gastric cancer, immune-therapies and nutrition research.

On 9th September 2022, we will attempt to climb our 2nd of the three peaks - Scafell Pike. Scafell is the highest and the most prominent mountain in England, at an elevation of 978 metres above sea level.

Money will be raised directly through the Tom Clarke Foundation, with funds split between Crohns & Colitis UK and the very same study we chose to support last year.

We would be grateful for donations of any size, or even a message of support for the team! Please help us get one step closer in beating this devastating disease.
