I am doing the moonlight stroll this year to raise money for Sobell House. They cared for my mum for a short time towards the end of her life, where she sadly passed away in peace. The nurses in Sobell House were amazing in the way they helped and cared for my beautiful mum. The support towards are family was really good aswell. Sobell House started becoming a 2nd home to us all, and was very strange to leave. So this is why i am walking the moonlight stroll this year to raise money for a brilliant charity, and in memory of my amazing mum! x x x
