I took up running 8 years ago with a jog  around the block progressing to 5K,10K,Half Marathons and Full Marathons.

Myself and my family have been supporters of Action Through Enterprise since its humble beginnings 10 years ago and have seen it's fantastic growth and life changing work in one of the poorest and forgotten region of Upper West Ghana.

I am proud to support this amazing charity helping to continue and expand the essential support for this community into the future.
