On 8th September Tony, Glenys and Lucy Carter and Adam Mitchell will be running the Great North Run- a half marathon in Newcastle to raise money for Parkinson’s UK! 

Parkinson’s Disease has had a huge effect on our family’s life. Glenys’ father and Lucy and Adam’s grandfather, Maurice, has Parkinson’s Disease. We are all so proud of how he has coped with the life changing effects of the disease and want to raise money to support the amazing research Parkinson’s UK are doing to find supportive and curative treatments. 

Despite Tony and Glenys saying never again here they are! It’s both Lucy and Adam’s first GNR! We would all appreciate any donations to help get us all the way to the fish and chips at South Shields!
