Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking this on not only as a personal challenge but to raise awareness and funds for Parkinsons research UK. I will be running the Great Scottish Run half marathon in Glasgow on Sunday 4th October and climbing Ben nevis on the  with my good friends Gordon Alexander Cameron and Erin Sutton Cameron visiting from Australia.

As with all things I do for Parkinsons research, I am dedicating this all to the endless memory of Tommy Dougan.  My nights now hail, rain or shine will go into training hard for this challenge. I know its not going to be easy but I'm sure Tommy will be with me when the going gets tough.... singing Bob Marley.

I hope to raise as much as possible and appreciate all donations to this cause. All donations are more appreciated than you could ever imagine and make a difference, please give what you can, if you can. Hopefully donating to causes like this will help find cures sooner for all the conditions that have taken away family and friends we hold near and dear.

Again thank for taking the time to visit my page.
