Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As some of you will know, I recently lost my Dad (Roger) to a heart attack.  As I am sure you will appreciate this knocked us all for six as it was completely out of the blue (as most heart attacks are).

To support the great research the British Heart Foundation do, I am pulling on my trainers, putting one foot in front of the other and running (well for the first mile at least!) the Cardiff half marathon.

Those of you that know me, will know how little I like running, and would prefer to be on a bike (watch this space!), so if the thought of me suffering around the course makes you want to donate, please give what you can, and remember to GiftAid, we get to collect money back from the tax man, which is always nice!
