In feb 2017 I was diagnosed with bowel cancer as you can imagine it was as shock. I had an operation in may 2017 to remove it which was successful and I as m in remission, it made me re-evaluate my lifestyle which I did, so now I eat healthier and I may only walk as exercise as I also had hip replacements in September 2016 and January 2020 so thought I need to something to give a little back, hence doing this challenge,I am also grateful that my wife is supporting me and doing the challenge with me, any donations are gratefully received as I believe the work done by the bowel cancer team saves lives, It did mine.
