This year will be the second time I have taken part in the London Triathlon on behalf of Concern Worldwide, as part of an ongoing project to fund the most needy areas of Sierra Leone, including the Tonkolili District.

Last year, we managed to raise £70,000 in total across all the teams that took part, helping to fund the building of health centres in Tonkolili. And this year we have an even higher goal of £100,000 which will be used to help build, renovate and equip primary schools to give the children of this area the education they so richly deserve.
