Growing up we spent many happy family holidays walking in the Lake District, and in the 70’s he joined an expedition to K2 in the Himalayas.</span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: ArialMT; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 20.0pt; mso-pagination: none; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: Verdana; color: #111111; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">More recently, Dad conquered Mount Kilimanjaro, a goal that he had long held and an experience that many of our family were able to enjoy sharing with him.</span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: ArialMT; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 20.0pt; mso-pagination: none; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: Verdana; color: #111111; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Over the last decade Dad has raised in excess of £10,000 for the Nepal Trust, and in addition to being a director of the Trust he travelled to Nepal in 2006 to personally oversee an important hydro-electric project that changed the lives of many people. </span></p>
